This platform was created to provide a central hub of trusted, up-to-date resources—making it easier for individuals in need to find food, shelter, clothing, medical care, mental health support, job assistance, and more. Rather than navigating dozens of disconnected websites or phone numbers, this site brings the most vital services together in one easy-to-use place.

We are a coalition of local nonprofits, shelters, outreach teams, churches, clinics, and city agencies, each contributing their knowledge, time, and resources to better serve our community. Our shared goal is simple: ensure that no one feels alone or lost when seeking help in Grand Rapids.
